Are you a proven leader in EPCI/EPC project delivery looking to take charge of high-value, high-impact projects in the power transmission sector? This is your chance to manage complex, multinational teams delivering mission-critical infrastructure.

You’ll take operational ownership of projects worth up to €250M, steering them from initiation to completion – on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and HSE standards. Your work will directly shape the energy infrastructure of tomorrow, working across engineering, procurement, construction, and installation phases.

You’ll lead geographically dispersed teams, drive performance, manage risks, and ensure seamless coordination across engineering disciplines, subcontractors, and clients. This is more than just delivery, you’ll be influencing strategy, driving process improvement, and representing the project at the highest levels.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ operational EPCI/EPC project management experience
• Relevant industry experience in grid/offshore project developments
• Strong commercial, contractual, and financial risk management skills
• Proven leadership of cross-functional, multi-location teams
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
