Job Title: SAP Analytics Trainee (SAP BI/BW/SAC) - Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical fresh graduates to join our SAP Analytics team as Trainees through our Job Drive. The ideal candidates will have undergone training or have hands-on project/internship experience in SAP Analytics solutions, specifically SAP BI (Business Intelligence), BW (Business Warehouse), and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud). Candidates with relevant domain experience and/or SAP Analytics certification are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training on SAP BI, BW, and SAC modules under the supervision of senior professionals.
• Assist in the configuration, development, and implementation of SAP Analytics solutions.
• Support requirements gathering, data modeling, report/dashboard development, and documentation activities.
• Work closely with project teams to analyze business requirements and develop analytics and reporting solutions.
• Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution under guidance.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
• Support end users and participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent graduate (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA, or equivalent) or final semester student eligible for full-time employment.
• Trained or has hands-on internship/project experience in SAP Analytics - SAP BI, BW, or SAC.
• Domain experience in analytics, data management, business intelligence, or reporting will be preferred.
• SAP Certification in BI/BW/SAC is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of data structures, databases, and reporting tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
