The IT Support Team is looking for an IT Support Engineer

Internal Code: A25124

What will you do?

• Handle day-to-day IT operations, including maintaining systems, reviewing logs, managing service requests, and conducting compliance monitoring
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining user satisfaction
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Conduct training for staff on new systems and technologies
• Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software
  
  

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Experience with .NET / C#, Java, Azure Cloud Services, ArcGIS, SQL Server / PostgreSQL
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in system maintenance, log reviews, service request handling, and compliance checks
