Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain modular, reusable components and features for mobile applications.
• Continuously enhance mobile development workflows, design standards, and implementation processes to improve overall quality, maintainability, and delivery speed.
• Optimize application code to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and high performance across multiple devices and platforms.
• Work closely with product design, product management, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver seamless, best-in-class user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of releases.
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends, proactively suggesting innovations to improve the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, with deep understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and computer architecture.
• Proven programming skills, adhering to clean coding practices, with the ability to design well-structured, maintainable code and iterate through continuous refactoring.
• Genuine passion for mobile development and a track record of delivering exceptional app experiences.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
• Demonstrated ability to align technical work with strategic product and business goals.
• Experience with independent app development or contributions to open-source projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Dart and/or Swift preferred; experience with cross-platform frameworks or native mobile development is an advantage.
