Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized PMO Consultant with a strong background in managing large-scale, projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, and demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, track progress, and ensure governance compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of proven experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Experience working on large scale projects.
• Good time management and discipline in meeting deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, tracking tools, and reporting methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other project management tools

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Planning

• Organize and oversee project governance structures and processes.
• Ensure compliance to the approved project plan and milestones.
• Track all action items from key users and stakeholders.

Financial & Budget Control

• Act as the point of contact for project-related financial processes, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to internal control processes.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Track all activities for digital and integrator teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely project reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new project members.
• Design and follow up on a communication plan for the project team and stakeholders.

Human Organization Impact (HOI)

• Conduct HOI diagnostics and prepare an actionable plan to address identified impacts.

Documentation & Training

• Organize and manage all project documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee the training process for end-users and team members.
