About The Role

We're looking for a backend-leaning Software Engineer, Agent Platforms to help us scale the connective tissue across 11x’s go-to-market, customer success, and product systems. You'll be building backend interfaces for customer and consumer-facing apps while working cross-functionally with GTM, Ops, and Engineering to design and implement high-leverage integrations between our internal systems and external platforms like CRMs, data warehouses, and communication tools.

Your work will directly impact how we activate leads, track customer insights, and automate key workflows—powering faster iteration, tighter feedback loops, and more seamless collaboration across the company. What You'll Do

• Design and build internal tools and backend systems that connect our CRM, data, and product infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain key integrations across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Retool, Postgres, and Slack.
• Partner closely with GTM and Customer teams to deeply understand their workflows and unblock them through automation.
• Write clean, well-tested code and documentation that can scale with the business.
• Contribute to internal platform engineering best practices and help evolve our systems architecture as we grow.
  
  

Ideal Candidates Have

• 3+ years of experience in backend or fullstack engineering roles, ideally with exposure to CRM, marketing, or ops tooling.
• Strong fluency in one or more modern backend stacks (Node.js, Python, Postgres, etc.).
• Familiarity with third-party APIs (especially CRM or communication platforms), webhook design, and async data syncing.
• A proactive, systems-oriented mindset with a bias for automation and long-term thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across non-technical teams.

• Prior experience integrating tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Segment, or internal admin tools like Retool.
• Exposure to event-driven systems or data infrastructure.
• Interest in working near AI tools, infrastructure, or agent workflows.
