We have an urgent requirement for Application Support -IT Applications for one of the client in Oman

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in application support or a related IT support role.
  • Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management) is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.
