IF YOU ARE
- Experienced as a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of strong expertise in PHP
- Familiar with React or ready to quickly ramp up and work confidently with it
- Skilled in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
- Proficient in full-stack development and comfortable working across the entire product
- Knowledgeable about modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
- Skilled in database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experienced in working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Capable of communicating fluently in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher for effective business interaction in a multicultural environment
- Collaborate closely with a multicultural development team to enhance a home care management platform
- Work on full-stack development projects
- Contribute to improving efficiency, compliance, and communication tools for care providers and clients
- Take ownership of tasks and projects from conception to delivery
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that makes a real impact
- Make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry
- Gain certifications from leading providers (Google, AWS & others)
