So, you will join a passionate, expert team tackling everything from scaling AI-powered recommendations to launching high-impact, data-driven features that boost monetization and engagement. We are now expanding into Arab countries and Europe, enhancing content quality, and rolling out new features to keep users hooked. In this role, you will

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive product success
• Engage stakeholders to align goals, objectives, and long-term product vision
• Design and refine workflows, user stories, and integrations to improve user and business outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality releases
• Share timely updates and insights that help the team make informed decisions
• Keep product documentation accurate and relevant for seamless team collaboration
• Lead user acceptance testing to ensure every feature delivers on its promise
• Maintain up-to-date, clear, and structured product documentation for ongoing value creation
  
  
  

It’s All About You

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development, with a track record of delivering measurable results
• Strong grasp of business process modeling, requirements management, and Agile principles
• Ability to gather, structure, and manage both functional and non-functional requirements, including precise user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience in coordinating feature delivery, planning releases, and ensuring alignment across teams
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools to keep work transparent and efficient
• Hands-on experience with 3rd party integrations that enhance product capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical perspectives
• English B2 or higher
• Bonus: Background in QA, Tech Support, or Development for deeper product insight
