Key responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage workstations + iOS devices via MDM solutions (such as Intune, Entra, …)
  • Deploy software, updates, and patches on endpoints
  • Implement security measures such as antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with end users
  • Collaborate with IT support and security teams to resolve incidents
  • Document processes and technical configurations
