Endpoint Engineer

Are you passionate about managing and securing modern end-user devices? We’re looking for a skilled Endpoint Engineer to take charge of optimizing and protecting workstations (Windows) and mobile iOS devices... blending technical know-how with strong security awareness to keep devices running smoothly and securely.

🔧 Your Mission:

• Master modern device management: Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager & more
• Dive into Microsoft cloud PC tech: Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365
• Provide hands-on and remote support for endpoint and user management
• Drive endpoint-related projects and automation using PowerShell & Graph API

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Configure and manage Windows and iOS devices via MDM (Intune, Entra, etc.)
• Deploy software, updates, and security patches effortlessly
• Implement and monitor antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support end users
• Collaborate closely with IT support & security teams to solve incidents
• Document processes and maintain technical configurations
