Full Stack Engineer

• Requirements: +2-3 years of proven success in software development. You have a solid foundation at least in either frontend or backend and a deep desire to learn and grow across the stack.

Our product vision is bold but simple: to create a software colleague that understands every machine more intimately than its manual. Driven by sophisticated signal analytics, the AI-engineer continuously monitors machine signals, instantly transforming them into practical, human-like reports and diagnoses for all critical assets across industries and facilities, including pumps, fans, motors, generators, wind turbines and many more. You’ll help elevate this platform into the leading AI application for industrial condition monitoring, delivering improved decision-making that saves our customers real time, money and stress.

You'll have the chance to:

• Shape the core product by designing and building scalable features across our entire stack (React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, GCP).
• Create a seamless user experience by working directly with our customers and our team including a UX designer, research experts, and the founding team.
• Develop robust backend systems and data pipelines that are the backbone of our AI-Engineer.
• Supercharge our team by improving our developer experience and tools, helping us all move faster.

We're looking for someone with:

• Curiosity and a Drive to Learn: You're excited to step outside your existing strengths. You don’t need to be a senior expert in everything, but you have a solid foundation in either frontend or backend and a deep desire to learn and grow across the stack.
• A Bias for Action: You think how a feature can be built, not if it can be built. You value shipping and getting direct feedback from users over endless planning. You move quickly from idea to implementation. 
• Collaborative Spirit: You believe the best ideas come from teamwork. You communicate openly and aren't afraid to jump on a call with a customer.

• +2 years of proven success in software development.
• Solid skills either in backend development (Python is a plus) OR frontend technologies (like TypeScript & React), with a desire to learn across the stack.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (we use GCP).
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Bonus Points (Nice to have, not required):

• Previous experience in a startup or small team.
• Experience with or a genuine interest in building AI or data-intensive products for the industry.
