Specialist, Performance & Reward to join our team in Vantaa

We are looking for a Specialist, Performance & Reward to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our performance & reward processes and practices work efficiently, are beneficial for our employees and managers and bring value to business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing selected performance & reward topics such as our ad hoc rewarding model, annual employee award process and blue-collar performance management process. In addition, you will support performance & reward team colleagues in managing a wide array of other processes and practices such as bonus outcome review, merit review and employee listening. The scope of the role can, to an extent, be adjusted based on your experience and interest. In addition, there are many important development projects in which you have a chance to participate in.

You’ll work closely with our wider HR team (e.g., People Technology and Business HRs in all Fazer countries) to ensure a seamless and high-quality manager and employee experience in Performance & Reward topics. You will guide and train HRs and Managers in your responsibility areas.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 1-2 years of experience from HR roles, preferably from expert roles in rewards and/or performance management
  • Overall understanding of performance & reward processes, preferably from companies operating in multiple countries
  • Understanding of how good performance & reward processes support our business success and employee experience
  • Great project and process management capabilities
  • Excellent Finnish and English language skills

This permanent position is located in Vaarala, Vantaa, where we work mainly onsite. You will report to Head of Performance & Reward.

The role in question is a salaried position under the ETL/PRO collective agreement. The base salary of this position is between 3300€ - 4000€ / month depending on the knowledge and professional experience of the chosen candidate.

This role is eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 8% of base salary. As this recruitment is taking place during autumn, the chosen candidate will be eligible to the annual bonus plan starting from 2026.
