Product Owner

Are you our new Product Owner?

We are seeking a hands-on and business-minded application owner to lead two of our critical Group-wide systems supporting Investment and Risk Management. In this role at the intersection of business and technology, you will take full ownership of the applications, define and execute their roadmaps, and ensure they continuously deliver value in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple functions including Finance, Legal, Investments, and Risk.

What will you do:

• Lead and own the Group-wide Investment and Risk Management systems from a business perspective, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders and the IT application management team to ensure the solutions deliver maximum value.
• Define and manage the application roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and drive the delivery of new functionalities in alignment with business goals.
• Build strong rapport across the organization and act as an ambassador for these two business-critical applications, ensuring they remain visible, relevant, and continuously aligned with evolving business needs.
• Assess and analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop structured recommendations and implementation plans.
• Leading projects related to the development and enhancement of these systems and tracking execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather, consolidate, and validate business requirements across multiple countries and Group functions including Finance, Investments, Legal and Risk - including process design, wireframing, drafting user stories and translating business needs into clear specifications for developers.
• Facilitate collaboration sessions with stakeholders to gather input, conduct feasibility assessments, and support solution implementation and change management.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance (UAT), prepare training materials, and support training delivery.
• Drive adoption of new and existing system features by maintaining strong stakeholder engagement, monitoring effectiveness and incorporating feedback.

What we're looking for:

At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a hands-on role as a business application owner or product owner within investment, risk or financial services.

Strong ability to translate business needs into structured specifications, wireframes, and user stories that align with technical delivery.

Skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and engaging stakeholders across countries and departments.

Experience managing system roadmaps, defining priorities, and coordinating delivery from concept through testing, training, and adoption.

A structured, analytical approach to identifying improvement opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to both technical and business audiences.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing priorities under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
