UX/UI Designer | Senior

Main Responsibilities

Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across the nexos.ai website
Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way
Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity, and ease of use for end users
Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics & other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations
Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience

Core Requirements

Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating engaging web experiences
Proficiency in Figma, staying up-to-date with the latest feature releases, and implementing them to optimize processes
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences
Interest and ability to utilise AI tools for optimizing the design process
Experience working with design systems
Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements
Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to rationalize your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders
Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong sense of ownership
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholder groups
A true team player
Fluency in English

Bonus Points

Basic technical understanding and familiarity with modern web technologies
Hands-on experience with user research methods, analytics, usability testing, user interviews, or related UX research techniques
NOTE: We look forward to your portfolio, particularly highlighting projects focused on website design. Case studies showcasing end-to-end design work are highly appreciated.

Salary Range

Gross salary is 4500-6000 eu/month
