IT Assistant (M/F)

CAE Aviation is a company which was founded in 1971.

Although initially specialised in aircraft maintenance, since the 1980s we have developed our aerial activities to become one of the leading experts in aerial surveillance.

Today, our company performs more than 12,000 hours of flight time a year, all operated for different government agencies (such as NATO, EUFOR, EU, Ministries of the Interior and Defence, oil companies and oil exploration activities).

Responsibilities

We are currrently reinforcing our IT Team and we are looking for an IT assistant. Your responsabilities will be as follows :

• Manage the users under Active Directory and in the Office365 environment (users' creation, rights management);
• Ensure the daily monitoring of the state of the servers and the monitoring of printers on print server;
• Take care of the incident tickets, the implementation of powershell script and the creation of server;
• Prepare equipment for new employees (mobile, computer..);
• Install printers and network equipment;
• Manage the mobile equipment: Smartphone, Ipad;
• Handle the orders of material and follow up on the inventory.
  
  

Must-have requirements

• System and OS: Windows Server 2019, Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS
• Virtualization: VmWare
• Directories: Active Directory
• Messaging : Exchange
• Systems: Cisco or Fortinet (Juniper, Ubiquiti knowledge is a plus)
• Database: MySql
• Computer language : knowledge of HTML, PHP, Powershell are a must
• Fluency in English and French, any other language is considered as an asset
• Team spirit and adaptability.
  
  

Nice-to-have requirements

A previous experience within Aviation may be an asset.
