Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist Junior, located in Oeiras. The Human Resources Specialist Junior will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks. The role includes day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience (2 years) in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
