Network Engineer

Mandatory (Any one): Cisco certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) and/or Huawei certifications will earn extra points.

German Language - Professional Fluent (B2/C1)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switches and servers.
• Provide professional technical consultation and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support short-term business trips to other European countries when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service processes and quality.
• Write and maintain technical documents and operation manuals.
• Provide technical and service related training to customers and channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields.
• At least two years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining switches and servers.
• Cisco certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) and/or Huawei certifications will earn extra points.
• Fluent communication skills in English, and German required, Chinese proficiency being a bonus (advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Capable of working independently and possessing good teamwork spirit.
