C/C++ Embedded Software Engineer

We are currently looking for a skilled C/C++ Embedded Software Engineer to join an innovative project developing a modern, compact frequency converter based on object-oriented architecture.

You'll be part of a dynamic team in a well-established company in the industrial automation sector, working on cutting-edge embedded systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and debugging embedded software in C/C++
• Contributing to a robust architecture for a real-time, high-performance device
• Working closely with both hardware and software teams
• Participating in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Analyzing system behavior and troubleshooting issues in embedded environments

Ideal candidate profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar embedded software role
• Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ programming
• Proficiency in embedded systems development
• Understanding of analog/digital systems and embedded operating systems
• Good communication skills in English (collaboration with a global team)
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with microprocessor/microcontroller systems (ARM preferred)
• Ability to create functional product specifications
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving software-related issues

Conditions:

• Work model: hybrid in Katowice (3 days a week)
• Salary: 120-140 PLN net/h
