Our large international client is looking for an experienced IT Comms & Deskside Support Technician (specialising in Unified Communications) to join their office, fully onsite in Dublin. The successful candidate will work within a team in the IT department implementing and maintaining all unified communication and collaboration solutions across the business offices in Ireland.

Requirements:

- IT degree in Computer Science / Engineering

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

- Excellent understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems

- Strong technical background and experience with unified communications solutions

- Experience of working with Meeting Room technology, Telecoms support & Mobile support

- Knowledge of Meeting Room Technology

- Audio & Video Support (Mitel telephone system)

- IT Support experience Audio & Video Codecs
