About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering to lead a talented team at and Irish Design Agency. This is a pivotal role that will shape they technology strategy and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of skilled engineers.
• Define and implement technology roadmap.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their technical needs.
• Lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation and explore emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Experience managing teams of 10+
• Strong technical background, including experience with web technologies (e.g., .NET, React) and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Vendor management experience
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for technology and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
