Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager – Data Management & Analytics at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Governance

• Develop and implement data management strategy and governance framework.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and integration across HR, Procurement, and Finance.
• Collaborate with IT to deploy effective data tools and systems.
  
  

Analytics & Insights

• Deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive models for workforce, supplier, and financial insights.
• Identify trends using advanced analytics and maintain KPIs for performance tracking.
• Present insights to leadership and mentor junior analysts.
  
  

UX/UI & Design Thinking

• Create intuitive interfaces for data tools using UX/UI best practices.
• Apply design thinking, user research, and testing to improve usability.
  
  

Demand & Project Management

• Prioritize analytics requests and manage project portfolio.
• Ensure timely delivery using project management best practices.
  
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Act as bridge between cross-functional teams for data alignment.
• Lead and mentor analysts, driving a culture of innovation.
  
  

Process Optimization

• Use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in HR, Procurement, and Finance.
  
  

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s in Data/Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Master’s/MBA preferred
  
  

Experience

• 6+ years in data management/analytics (2+ in leadership)
• Exposure to Finance, Procurement, and HCM domains
• Experience in UX/UI design, project & demand management
• Proven track record in shared services/multi-functional environments
  
  

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Azure Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, MDM
• Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, Databricks
• ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) for HR, Procurement, Finance
• Predictive modelling & machine learning
• Data governance, integration, and quality tools
