Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house marketing team. This hybrid designer will support both traditional and digital initiatives, working 50/50 across eCommerce and broader marketing functions. This individual will have the opportunity to work with global brand assets, develop local-market-specific adaptations—whether regional, national, or even city-level—and create original content when required, ensuring alignment with each brand’s unique voice and visual identity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design a range of digital and print marketing materials, including content for email, web, social media, and in-store or customer-facing brand touchpoints.
  • Edit and adapt global brand content to fit local market needs while adhering to strict brand guidelines.
  • Develop original creative materials for Canadian programs such as manufacturer rebate initiatives.
  • Support online marketing campaigns with visual content including advertorials, banners, and promotional graphics.
  • Assist in organizing, sourcing, and managing brand assets from various digital asset management systems (DAMs).
  • Coordinate with brand teams, ambassadors, and influencers for media and photography content.
  • Collaborate on content calendars and internal project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com).
  • Edit videos and commercials when required (basic trimming and resizing – infrequent).
  • Engage with printed marketing materials including decals, signage, and print advertising.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and provide creative support across the broader marketing team as needed..


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Comfortable working with both digital and traditional media.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with asset localization and working within brand guideline systems.
  • Basic video editing and photography skills (equipment provided).
  • Must be willing to obtain specific licenses as part of the job
  • Ability to commute to the Oshawa office at least 3x per week, 5x per during onboarding period (first 3 months).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work is required.


Nice to Have

  • Bilingualism (English/French) – helpful for mirroring French and English artwork.
  • Experience working with brand ambassador content and/or in-house photography.
