About the Job
As an ML Engineer at our client’s company, you will be responsible for developing and deploying multi-modal machine learning models and algorithms for game content. Your role will involve working with designers and the AI research team to develop practical and efficient implementations of models, curate custom training data for task-specific needs, and optimize and deploy them for production. You will collaborate with data scientists, research scientists, backend engineers, and game designers to translate business requirements into interactive end-user experiences. You will also contribute to setting new benchmarks and creating test frameworks for generative AI models.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement generative machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with research scientists to curate and process video game datasets
- Design and train models using appropriate machine learning techniques, including RLHF
- Optimize models for performance and scalability
- Deploy models into interactive production environments
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary improvements and updates
- Stay up to date with the latest machine learning techniques and technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science with specialization in AI and ML or equivalent qualifications, and relevant practical experience
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion and knowledge of video games and user experience is desirable
