Full Stack Engineer

This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Meta.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Singapore

The main function of a Full stack developer is to code for both front and back-end programming. The role would require skills to code front and back-end integrations with various available tools and infrastructure components.

To be setup for success in this role, you would need solid understanding of writing optimal clean code, figuring the right balance in architectural implementation within our high-scale and complex business domains and a deep understanding of databases and performance tradeoffs. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and quality written / verbal communication would go a long way in driving impact in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces.

• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering infrastructure capabilities, operating time, and form of desired results.

• Modify, enhance, and prepare technical documentation for developed tools and solutions.

• Evaluate requests for enhancements, and identify opportunities to optimize and simplify the solutions.

Skills:

• Expertise in Python (3.x) -> Expertise in Python or equivalent OOP stack such as Java, Go, PHP, Node, etc.

• Proficiency in Frontend programming stack, preferably with ReactJS or NextJS. TS would be a plus.

• Strong Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue or bugs promptly.

• Knowledge on infrastructure operations would be an added advantage.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
