Job Description:

Our well renowned Irish client is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and UX/UI, to create and refine product features.
  • Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform product development and improvements.
  • Define product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with broader business goals.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all product developments meet compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within the financial services or tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital product lifecycles from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Experience working in agile development environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives within large organizations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments in the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Prior experience with mobile app development and web-based platforms.


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
