Product Manager

The Opportunity

Serving the needs of its Fortune 1000 enterprise clients from its offices in Dublin, Ireland and Boston, MA, Qstream, the microlearning pioneer, is seeking a creative Product Manager to set the strategy and design for the service with an emphasis on extending its AI offerings. 

Job Responsibilities:

Qstream Product Managers:

• Engage in customer and prospect conversations to understand existing and emerging market needs.
• Confirm business requirements with stakeholders, set priorities and publish product roadmaps.
• Manage release schedules, project momentum and overall timeline.
• Confirm market readiness of features prior to release.
• Communicate and promote new releases to field teams and their customers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to position and promote business value of released software.
• Document best practice adoption of features in collaboration with Services, particularly in AI innovation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate vision internally and promote capability externally.
• 1-2 years of SaaS product experience (preference in corporate learning or sales enablement).
• Ability to carefully capture and write requirements in a manner that provides clear direction to software engineering team.
• Ability to diplomatically negotiate and resolve differences of opinion relative to scope, focus, timelines and similar.
• Comfort with Confluence, JIRA, Monday.com (or equivalent) and familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills along with attention to detail.
• Limited travel for market, customer or other events.
