Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI contractor to implement web-based user interfaces across three internal platforms within one team. You will translate requirements into elegant, scalable, and intuitive user experiences, improve UX in infrastructure and SRE contexts, and collaborate across time zones with a multidisciplinary remote team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement user interfaces for internal web applications in React, HTMX, and Lit Components.
  • Translate business and product requirements into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly designs.
  • Identify and improve areas where internal customers face usability challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Effectively communicate design decisions and present deliverables to stakeholders.
  • (Bonus) Contribute to designing user experience workflows beyond implementation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience in UX/UI implementation.
  • Proficiency in React, HTMX, and Lit Components.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality design implementations in complex systems.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in UX workflow design, in addition to UI implementation.

Interview Process

  1. Vetting Round 1: 60-min live coding interview (React) via Bar-Raiser.
  2. Round 2: 15-min Turing chat.
  3. Round 3: 45-min client hiring manager interview.
  4. Rounds 4–5: Client technical interviews.
