Product Manager - Monthly Rentals

Dollar is the leading brand in Oman & UAE car rental and leasing sector with the largest fleet and overt 50+ rental locations. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for Product Manager - Monthly Rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Customer Service Executives to develop the monthly business at their locations including the value car rental portfolio.
• Work closely with the rate management team to price the product correctly.
• Work closely with the sales team to devise strategies for various target groups such as teachers/corporate employees/airline staff etc.
• Work closely with the corporate sales team to increase the spot monthly business.
• Work closely with the central monthly lease team to increase business through customer referrals from existing monthly customers.
• Devise the digital strategy for the product including promotions.
• Closely monitor all monthly returns for the reasons for return.
• Develop loyalty programs/benefits for long term customers.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience and proven track record in any of the following areas: vehicle leasing and financing; Banking retail Credit Card sales, retail operations; managing large websites and Digital Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a middle management role.
• Be self-driven and ambitious.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
