Senior Manager Project Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Lead in providing financial and commercial advice to public sector bodies for the delivery of major capital projects and programs.

- Manage the full project lifecycle, including project structuring, delivery, financial, commercial, and risk assessments.

- Develop whole life financial models for infrastructure projects.

- Prepare financial requirements for procurement/contract documentation.

- Engage with funding markets and negotiate commercial terms for contracts.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Advise on environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements

- Relevant third-level degree.

- Chartered membership of a relevant professional body or equivalent

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, banking, sustainable finance, or supporting the delivery of major capital projects and programs.

- Experience as lead advisor on a PPP project (desirable).

- Strong communication skills

- Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
