As a Software Engineer, you will make larger, mostly independent, technical contributions. You will deliver on end-to-end tasks towards a larger goal with minimal assistance from more senior team members. You will independently plan, prioritize, and execute your work. You may participate in design, though often with guidance. You will identify technical problems with the requirements and fix them.

  • Duration: ASAP until May 15th, 2026
  • Working Schedule: Hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days office)
  • Language Required: English

Responsibilities Include:

  • Contributing to qualification, end-user documentation, production deployment/monitoring, process automation, and customer support.
  • Setting up or improving test/monitoring/survey infrastructure or processes.
  • Considering code health and system maintainability and scalability over time.
  • Contributing to existing documentation or educational content and adapting content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
  • Triaging product or system issues and debugging/tracking/resolving them by analyzing the sources of issues and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
  • Writing product or system development code for tasks with minimal assistance.
  • Conducting testing on code beyond unit testing (e.g., integration, performance, stress, security, load, fuzz), designing code to allow for easy testing, and writing test case descriptions.
  • Reviewing code developed by other engineers and providing feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
  • Identifying and paying off tech debt to improve long-term maintainability, modifiability, etc.

Overview:

  • 3 years of full-stack software development experience
  • 2 years of Web development or 2 years of Mobile App development experience
  • Experience with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript)
  • Proficiency in debugging, diagnosis, and resolution
  • Proficiency in writing healthy code (e.g., testing and maintainability)
