The Role

As a UI/UX Designer at splose, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our payments and invoicing product experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers and customer teams to design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that make complex workflows feel effortless. From wireframes to polished designs, you'll help deliver features that genuinely improve the lives of practitioners, and you'll have a real say in how our product evolves.


What You’ll Do

  • Design user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate on user research, testing and customer interviews to uncover insights
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visuals using Figma
  • Contribute to and maintain our growing design system
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
  • Communicate design rationale and decisions with clarity and confidence
  • Stay on top of UI/UX trends, accessibility guidelines and best practices


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer (SaaS preferred)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across responsive platforms
  • Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility and interaction design
  • A collaborative spirit and an eye for detail
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS and/or payments

Location

While we’re proudly based in Adelaide, we’re a flexible, multi-city team — and welcome candidates from Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne to join us wherever you do your best work! Our teams in Adelaide and Sydney work in a hybrid environment, while our Melbourne team is fully remote for now.
