AI & ML Engineer

Full Time Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced AI and Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, deploy, and optimize Voice AI backend solutions using Databricks, Twilio, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.

You will lead pivotal AI project migrations, build scalable AI/ML services following MCP and FastAPI best practices, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems like Twilio, Verint, Genesys, and proprietary CRM platforms.

This is a high-impact role, partnering with engineering, product, analytics, and technology teams to drive innovation and adoption of AI-powered services across Greenstone.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

• Lead the migration of the Voice AI project from Twilio and Azure to Databricks and AWS, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption
• Contribute to the creation of customer-facing and internal AI/ML products that deliver actionable business insights and operational improvements
• Integrate multiple enterprise systems through MCP and APIs to enable comprehensive AI/ML solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML-powered workflows and applications that perform autonomous tasks and modernise internal enterprise systems
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders within a Scrum/Agile framework to ensure AI tool usability, adoption, and long-term sustainability
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience across AI/ML Engineer or Software Engineer in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across cross-functional teams
• Strong practical experience with Databricks, AWS, and/or Azure, particularly in project migration and deployment
• Proven commercial experience working with Voice AI models, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and/or Computer Vision
• Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and support of mission-critical production systems
