Project Manager

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact digital and infrastructure programs within a leading Australian telecommunications provider.

This role involves end-to-end delivery of key initiatives including a mobile application build and rollout, enterprise capability uplift, and vendor-led platform transitions. You’ll work across multiple business units, vendors, and internal teams to deliver customer-facing outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle across digital, app, and infrastructure workstreams
• Oversee delivery of a new mobile application (including roadmap, testing, deployment, and transition to in-house)
• Manage vendor relationships, delivery timelines, and work packages
• Coordinate testing phases and support data migration efforts
• Build and align enterprise-level solutions, including self-service portals and capability uplifts
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure delivery readiness

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-vendor projects in telecommunications or enterprise environments
• Strong background in vendor management, testing, and project governance
• Ability to drive end-to-end delivery, including stakeholder management and internal team alignment
• Experience with data migration, capability build, or self-service platform delivery
• Strong autonomy, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience delivering or managing mobile applications
• Experience transitioning apps or platforms from vendor to in-house ownership
• Understanding of customer self-service journeys in telco or digital-first environments
