Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team.

In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. You will be responsible for addressing technical challenges, implementing scalable solutions, and driving automation initiatives to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to understand IT needs and align solutions with business objectives
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to reduce downtime
Solve complex technical issues to ensure IT systems remain stable and reliable
Evaluate and implement IT solutions that enhance workflows and improve efficiency
Work with stakeholders to deploy scalable IT infrastructure that aligns with the organization’s needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in System Engineering or a related role, with hands-on experience managing Google Workspace in enterprise environments
Proven ability to configure advanced Google Workspace security features, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Experience managing Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for ChromeOS, Android, and iOS platforms
Proficiency in using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for automation, scripting, and bulk tasks
Familiarity with device management across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS using MDM tools like Kandji and Intune
Experience with identity management platforms such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for access control and user management
Ability to manage and configure unified communication systems, including Google Meet hardware and software
Expertise in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for IT system automation and integrations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively

Nice to have

Experience implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and solutions
Knowledge of enterprise identity management platforms such as Okta
Advanced skills in automation scripting to expand and enhance IT functionalities
