Business Analyst

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience as leading IT business analyst in complex software development projects;
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, Confluence and other requirements management tools;
• Strong experience with user interface prototyping techniques;
• In-depth experience of developing business process and leading requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders working closely with Product Owners;
• Experience in agile software development teams;
• Knowledge of data analytics, statistical methods, database querying would be considered an asset;
• Change management experience supporting user adoption would be considered an asset;
• Certification in business analysis (e.g. CCBA, CBAP) would be considered an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
