Role: Endpoint Engineer – Workstations & Mobile Devices

The Endpoint Engineer will manage, secure, and optimize end-user devices including Windows-based workstations and iOS mobile devices. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency and security awareness to ensure devices comply with organizational standards and operate securely within the network.

🔧 Key Areas of Focus:

• Modern device management (Windows & iOS) using tools like Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Privilege Management
• Experience with Microsoft cloud PC technologies (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365)
• Hands-on and remote support for endpoint and user management
• Participation in ongoing and upcoming endpoint-related projects
• Automation using PowerShell scripting and Graph API

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage devices via MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Entra)
• Deploy software, updates, and patches
• Implement security protocols (antivirus, encryption, compliance policies)
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Collaborate with IT support and security teams
• Document technical processes and configurations
