About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing commercial team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the pace of crypto, is curious about market structure, and is eager to build strong relationships that drive growth.

You’ll play a key part in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, supporting strategic deals, and representing Kairon Labs at key industry events. This is a high-visibility role for someone early in their business development career who’s ready to make an impact in the Web3 space.


What You’ll Do

  • Support market research efforts to identify trends, spot opportunities, and track the competitive landscape
  • Generate and qualify leads across both existing and emerging markets
  • Maintain and grow our prospect database with a focus on accuracy and relevance
  • Help build and manage long-term relationships with clients, partners, and protocols
  • Represent Kairon Labs at conferences and events, and assist in expanding our global network
  • Assist in sales negotiations, deal structuring, and strategic partnership development
  • Prepare reports, assist with data collection, and support business strategy decisions
  • Contribute to CRM upkeep, internal communications, and general administrative support


What We’re Looking For

  • Early-career business development or sales experience, ideally in crypto, tech, or finance
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, client-facing presence
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong interest in crypto markets, DeFi protocols, and blockchain trends
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
