Well known Global Consultancy based in Walloon are looking for an experienced, operationally-minded Network Engineer who enjoys hands-on work and is willing to travel throughout the Wallonia region for on-site interventions at the various regional offices of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end users in the areas of networking and telephony
• Perform physical interventions at locations in French-speaking Belgium
• Incident, problem, change and event management according to ITIL processes
• Proactive and reactive network monitoring
• Analysis, preparation and implementation of network changes
• Drafting and updating technical and operational manuals
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team and report to the Assistant SDM and the Service Delivery Manager ICT IAAS
• Follow up and resolve tickets via Axios Assyst, in compliance with applicable SLAs
• Execute planned changes and project tasks within scope, planning and deadlines
• Clear communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams

Job Requirements:

• LAN (office and mutual networks)
• WiFi
• VPN
• WAN (Proximus)
