Your Mission

As a Data Analyst, you will be the driving force behind turning raw data into meaningful stories that support decision-making. Your insights will help shape our commercial strategies and optimize performance.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide real-time monitoring of our commercial performance, enabling quick and informed decisions.
• Respond to business analytics requests by understanding the “Why” behind each inquiry, translating needs into precise data requirements.
• Analyze large datasets using appropriate statistical methods and models, uncovering trends and insights.
• Create compelling reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to internal teams.
• Engage in data cleaning, validation, and exploratory analysis to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Explain analytical results to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Enhance our Power BI environment, develop data marts, and automate recurrent reports to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers and governance teams to improve data quality and ensure timely data updates.
• Innovate by suggesting new analysis techniques and visualization methods, fostering a data-driven culture across the company.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a B2B context.
• Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and statistical analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
