User Experience Designer

UX/UI Designer

Location: Cork

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our digital product team. You will play a key role in designing impactful, customer-centric digital experiences, working across a diverse portfolio of products and services. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a passionate, multi-disciplinary team and contribute to user experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging.

What you’ll be doing

• Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with established brand guidelines and enhance the overall customer experience across digital platforms.
• Support and contribute to user research and usability testing, gathering insights to inform and refine design solutions.
• Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and product managers to translate project requirements into intuitive designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Work within existing design systems to maintain consistency across products, while suggesting and implementing improvements.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant third-level qualification in design or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a UX or UI design role.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma preferred; experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar also valued).
• Experience in user research and interpreting data analytics.
• Basic working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Experience creating low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mapping user flows and journeys.
• Knowledge of building, maintaining, and iterating design systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
