We're seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape next-generation digital platforms for medical devices and systems. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end design-from research to high-fidelity prototypes-across cloud software, embedded device interfaces, and more, ensuring user needs, business goals, and technical realities align.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead user-centred design processes, delivering UI specs, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX best practices.

• Mentor team members and foster innovation.

• Manage project timelines, trade-offs, and report on UX metrics.

About You:

• 7+ years in interaction/visual design with leadership experience.

• Portfolio showcasing software and hardware design, ideally in a regulated industry.

• Skilled in Axure, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Agile/SCRUM.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
