BUYER
Key Areas Where You’ll Lead And Grow
- Hunt for exciting new FMCG products and suppliers across Europe and beyond.
- Negotiate like a pro, securing the best terms and building long-term partnerships.
- Keep stock levels healthy by planning and placing smart orders.
- Be the go-to link between suppliers and your colleagues — making sure orders, confirmations, and deliveries run like clockwork.
- Organize international shipments and ensure goods arrive on time and in perfect shape.
- Share up-to-date product, price, and delivery info so the whole team can work seamlessly.
- Use sales and inventory data to make smart buying decisions.
- Experience in operational procurement and order processing.
- Motivation to deliver high-quality work.
- Solid computer skills, especially in MS Office 365.
- Fluency in Latvian and English (spoken and written); any extra languages are a plus.
- Communicates clearly, thoughtfully, and with a proactive mindset.
- Has an eagle eye for detail and can spot errors before they become problems.
- Keeps things on track and well-prioritized during peak times.
- Adapts quickly to new ways of working and embraces improvements.
- Work in a stable, innovation-driven company that supports your growth and values both fresh perspectives and solid experience.
- Remuneration: starting from €1600 gross (final offer depends on experience) + quarterly bonus based on performance.
- Hybrid work: 3 days at the modern Mārupe office ("Kargo K-1"), 2 days remote — flexibility possible.
