We’re CyberCare, a member of the Tesonet Accelerator. We handle customer care for global tech brands you’ve definitely heard of - NordVPN, Surfshark, Saily, and others. But here’s the twist: behind all the customer support is a serious stack of tech. Our AI Labs team builds smart bots powered by state of the art LLM’s, and real automation that powers over 4 million cases across 170 countries every year.

Now we’re opening the door for up to 5 recent grads and early-career talent ready to jump in for a 2-month paid internship.

CyberCare AI Academy is your shot to go from curious to capable in 9 weeks. You’ll work side by side with the team that builds production-grade AI, learn how real systems get made, and contribute to projects that ship. Not just sandbox stuff.

Do well, and this isn’t just a line on your CV. It’s a potential path to joining CyberCare as a full-time AI/ML Developer.

Internship will start on September 15th and end on November 14th in CyberCare office in Vilnius or Kaunas (your choice).

How You'll Grow:

• First month - you’ll learn how real AI development runs: picking tasks, sprint planning, pair programming with AI devs, daily scrums, and shadowing the team. You’ll get hands-on experience with product development based on company OKRs while using Agile principles
• Second month - is all about taking ownership. You’ll team up with front-end and back-end folks to build AI-powered features, with AI devs ready to guide you. You’ll have the freedom to own your work while knowing expert guidance is just a question away through regular mentorship and feedback
  
  
  

What We Expect:

• Completed a higher education degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI-related field
• You are comfortable writing Python code and eager to improve. Familiarity with RESTful API, Git, and basic command-line usage (Linux or macOS) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and SQL for database queries
• Willingness to learn prompt engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and ability to work well in a team
• Experience with personal or academic projects related to AI, NLP, or intelligent agents would be considered an advantage
• Ability to work through September 15th to November 14th from our Vilnius or Kaunas offices
