An international company operating in the technology and connectivity sector is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives in advanced communications and technology. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle — from proposal stage to completion — while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and international stakeholders.

The Role:

• Develop comprehensive project proposals, including objectives, scope, key deliverables, resource needs, and execution strategy.
• Build and manage project budgets, covering staffing, travel, equipment, and other expenses.
• Create and maintain schedules outlining major activities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
• Allocate priorities, resolve issues promptly, and maintain progress against agreed deadlines.
• Track and control costs to prevent overruns, adjusting plans where necessary.
• Identify potential risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure deliverables align with project objectives and timelines.
• Work alongside product management and quality teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Serve as a liaison with institutional and regulatory bodies for assigned projects.
• Prepare and deliver documentation for key project milestones, reviews, and closure, including reports, presentations, and contractual materials.
• Handle contractual discussions, clarifying requirements and resolving discrepancies.

The Profile:

• Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience within a high-technology or regulated industry.
• Strong background in preparing proposals and managing submission processes.
• Skilled in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, make sound decisions, and delegate when needed.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Based in Europe or holding valid European work authorization.
