Project Manager

• Contract length: 3 years
• Salary: up to 5800 per month gross

• Languages: French C1 minimum, strong English required; Luxembourgish is a plus

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate high-impact web projects end-to-end
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to top-quality standards
• Implement structured quality processes and maintain clear project documentation
• Plan, track, and report progress to all stakeholders
• Organize and run project meetings to keep everyone aligned
• Oversee third-party development work and ensure smooth collaboration
• Keep JIRA fully updated for clear visibility and traceability
• Support the full web project lifecycle:
• Identify needs and define information architecture
• Develop functional mockups and validate content quality
• Draft detailed functional and technical specifications
• Act as a trusted partner for editorial and content-related activities within the Web Content Management (WCM) system
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to ensure flawless delivery

What we’re looking for

• 5–7 years of experience managing web projects
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working alongside developers, UI/UX designers, and accessibility experts
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
