We are seeking experienced Linux developers to join a dedicated infrastructure optimization team. This team sits at the intersection of R&D, hardware, and Linux systems, focusing on performance optimization rather than traditional system maintenance. You'll be working with cutting-edge technology to optimize kernels, GPUs, and systems to meet the high-demand requirements of AI products.

You will focus on performance optimization of GPU systems, targeting latency, compute efficiency, and toolset enhancement. Working with InfiniBand networks and high-performance computing infrastructure, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for client needs. The role requires balancing operational troubleshooting (50%) with project development and optimization work (50%). You'll maintain and optimize systems managing 30,000+ GPUs across 10+ InfiniBand networks while ensuring smooth operations of global infrastructure and driving continuous improvements.

What we are looking for is:

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system operations
• Strong proficiency in Linux Kernel
• Strong proficiency in C++ or C development
• Experience with Golang and/or Python development
• Experience with InfiniBand Networking

Salary: up to 160k + 25% bonus (200k OTE)
