As a Product Manager, you are responsible for one of our international Group Products like the mobile app, MyAccount or Login. You work with international stakeholders to shape the roadmap of your product, taking into account user and data insights. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

As Product Manager, you’ll:

  • Roadmap: Define & execute product strategies that deliver the highest value for our players and business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Content, Analytics, Security.
  • You make sure that your product is meeting the needs of the company’s long and short term goals and create measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with our design, research and data teams to find opportunities to make our products even better and deliver maximum value to our players.
  • Take care of daily operations like prioritizing features and improvements for rapid execution.


You’d describe yourself as follows:

  • You have a Master's degree in business and/or technical sciences.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in product owner, with a solid experience in Agile.
  • You possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and you understand how to translate requirements into technical solutions and product design.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-profile software, web, or eCommerce projects within international teams.
  • You get things done with an entrepreneurial attitude, preferably having set up, executed, and successfully delivered end-to-end projects or having experience running your own company.
  • A monthly salary indication between €5,900,- and €7,000,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.

The Group Product department is entirely focused on developing, innovating and driving forward digital products right across the Postcode Lottery Group and locally. This includes things like developing websites, mobile apps and internal software, such as our customer service agent tool. By collaborating across each of the Postcode Lottery countries, we can use the same technology and blueprints to build our products which will mean faster and more efficient development. The department exists of the following: Product Management, Product Design, Agile Team Performance and Product Research.
