This one-year program, now in its 2nd Edition, is designed for recent graduates who want to be part of an international company and build a career. Our mission is to empower aspiring engineers with the skills, knowledge, and experience they need to kick-start their journey in the dynamic Security and Defense industry.

Throughout this program, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey that combines theoretical foundations with hands-on practical experience.

What you need to succeed:

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders
• Openness to new environments, people, and cultures
• Knowledge in Full Stack or Back Front programming languages and frameworks (.NET/JAVA, C, C++, Python, Angular or any other)
• Knowledge in Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision
• A passion for challenges and innovative solutions
