UX/UI Designer

• Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in OutSystems projects;
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative;
• Creativity, thinking outside the box, adaptability and multitasking will be a must have;
• Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
• Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
• Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
• Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
  
  

Main Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into visual solutions for review and approval by business stakeholders;
• Apply a pragmatic UX design approach for integration into development processes;
• Collaborate with other team members to design a solution that is feasible and minimizes impact;
• Define, test, and validate user journeys with stakeholders in a clear and understandable way;
• Be responsible for the user interface design proposal;
• Create high-fidelity mockups to serve as a reference baseline for all future modules.
